Soil Protection

Hello brothers, sisters and friends. We want to update what is God is using to educate his people.

We teach Farming God’s Way and encourage farmers to be stewards of nature. Looking at the picture above, you can see the difference between two plots of land. We received an abundant amount of rain in the last three days. The neighbor with the red dirt lost a lot of soil and crops due to water runoff. The soil and it’s nutrients that would normally feed his crop all washed away.

In contrast, the other farmer used the techniques we teach to protect their land such as minimal tillage, mulching and planting special grass. You can easily see the difference.

We have more work to do to continue to educate farmers on how to care for God’s gifts of resources. We do have many people though who have become obedient to the life style God gave us.

Please pray for more outreach to the poor who need these practical techniques of soil protection and who are also thirsty for Jesus’s Gospel which heals the spirit, mind, and body.
