Seeds Planted, Paths Set

Praise Report! Big thanks to God and to YOU, our amazing friends!

ATN/Love2Help sent 16 Rwandan participants to the Disciple Making Movement (DMM) Catalytic Camp in Nairobi, Kenya, and it was life-changing!

Our team is now equipped to make disciples who make disciples, multiplying the Kingdom across Rwanda and beyond.

Special joy: 7 of them flew for the very first time!

None of this would have happened without your prayers and support. Please keep our team in prayer as they returned home with a fresh vision and passion.

To God be the glory!

2026 Catalyst Camp Takeaways: Seeds Planted, Paths Set

PRAYER AS A LIFESTYLE

“What I gained yesterday is the understanding that prayer becomes truly meaningful when it is a way of life. Just as breathing is a natural and continuous part of our existence, our prayers should likewise become an integral part of our daily lives. Prayer should not be viewed merely as a scheduled obligation that we strive to fulfill; rather, it should flow naturally from within us. In the same way that our lungs perform the act of breathing without our conscious effort, our communion with God should become a constant and natural expression of our relationship with Him.”

“Morning session: Key things: obedient prayer, prioritizing prayer, prayer impacts nations. Setting triggers for prayers. Prayer is not an activity but a lifestyle.”

COACHING, MENTORING & TRAINING METHODOLOGY

“Afternoon session takeaway: Coaching is not teaching; it is an insightful journey you make with someone until he or she discovers himself or herself the hidden potentials to do what God wants him or her to do.”

“Afternoon session takeaway was about clarification between coaching and mentoring. Mentoring is about taking the initiative to join someone’s life journey and become one of God’s instruments for his or her holistic transformation. Coaching is about upscaling someone’s talents and spiritual gifts. We have seen also that both words are intersecting.”

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, CLC & DMM STRATEGY

“Workshops: Community learning center helps to identify the community entry. It adds value to the society, thus opens doors for DMM; knowing your area is the starting point. Engage the community and key leaders. Find the person, then equip and exit. Those are some of the principles picked.”

“Mwiriwe, my takeaway today is that we should form close partnerships by building small, relational teams that live out and share the Gospel together rather than working entirely alone. We must empower everyday leaders by trusting and sending out ordinary people to share their personal stories of faith immediately. Finally, we need to move outward continuously by actively stepping out of our comfort zones into new neighborhoods and communities to keep the movement growing.”

ORDINARY, OBEDIENT PEOPLE & NEW BELIEVERS

“The concept of an ordinary person sounded somehow new this morning, new in my heart, and I would like to remain an ordinary person to accomplish extraordinary things.”

“My take: Movements are started by people who are nobody in the society. Obedience is practical. New believers can immediately become witnesses. One person can transform a community. Local people transform local communities. Ordinary people are reproducible. From the workshops: I need to redo one thing 1000 times instead of doing 1000 things. I must identify the person of peace from my ecosystem. You cannot be a disciple maker without making disciples, but you also cannot be a disciple without making teams.”

OBEDIENCE, EVALUATION & PRACTICAL APPLICATION

“What I learned has been of great value and benefit to me. If we faithfully put into practice the truths we have discovered in the Scriptures, God will use us for His purpose, and all glory will be given to Him. Knowledge or understanding alone is not enough; if we do not obey and apply what we have learned, it will not positively impact others. Additionally, I came to understand that my neighbor is anyone who looks to me for help or is in need of my assistance.”

“First workshop attended was a culture of evaluation. I understood that it should be a lifestyle of a disciple maker. This will help to know your strengths as well as your weaknesses.”
